BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR STORE POLICIES AND RETURN POLICIES.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
All our apparel is hand printed, so I recommend washing inside out in cold water without harsh detergents/bleach/fabric softeners. You can tumble dry low or air dry for best results. Repeat these steps and wear often.
SHIPPING.
Once an order has been placed, I cannot guarantee that I can change shipping information. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you submit an incorrect address or a deliverable address, you are responsible for additional shipping or lost packages. All orders are shipped with tracking information. I do not have any contacts or additional customer service support with USPS/UPS, so once your order leaves my studio - I have no control over shipping times/delays/etc. Once a package shows that it has been delivered, I am no longer responsible/liable for the package if it is stolen, damaged or misdelivered. You will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. If you need help, I would be happy to help assist you. I know how frustrating lost packages can be and want to make sure you get your merchandise! If you order a pre-order item, your entire order will not ship until everything is in stock. We do not offer local pickup unless it's been previously discussed by email contact first. If you order a pre-order item, your entire order will not ship until all items are fulfilled.
FIT.
All of our apparel is based off of unisex sizing. If you ever have questions or are unsure of what size to order, send me a message and i'll be happy to help you find your perfect Slater fit. As for hats, all of our truckers and beanies are unisex sizing, so one size fits most for women and men.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
I want you to love your order, but for some reason it doesn't work out - I am happy to accept returns on eligible items for store credit up to 12 calendar days from the delivery date.
Once approved for a return, it must be sent back within 5 calendar days. In addition, the item(s) must be new, unworn, with tags (if applicable) and not washed. If the return is shipped back later than 4 business days and/or looks visibly worn, washed or smells of fragrance, smoke, etc., we won't be able to accept the return and no refunds will be given. If we are unable to accept a return, you are responsible for arranging return shipping or your item will be donated. Please allow 5 calendar days for your return to be processed once received back.Once your return has been processed, you will be sent an email with a code for store credit in the amount of the item returned. This will not include any shipping charges, taxes or fees.
If you would like to exchange an item, the best way is to return the item you have and once the return has been approved/accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
The Minis, Vintage, Hats, Sale, Jewelry and Holiday collections are final sale always with absolutely no exceptions.
For vintage items, due to the fact that items are "vintage" and one of a kind pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. When purchasing a vintage item, these items have been previously worn and loved, so they may have some wear and tear. We do our very best to take accurate pictures and provide accurate descriptions of every item to the best of our ability, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. When ordering any of our vintage items, we recommend you compare the measurements with something you currently own to ensure the item will fit.
DAMAGED ITEMS.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact as soon as possible. If available, I will provide a replacement item ASAP. If that is not possible or them item is no longer in stock, you will get store credit upon the return of the damaged item. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery. If reported after, the item will no longer be eligible for a replacement or store credit refund.
